Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your swimming gear arrives safely.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping on orders over £50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be as confident in your purchase as you are in the water. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple returns process.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimming ear plugs (opened packages)
  • Nose clips (opened packages)
  • Masks (if the protective seal has been broken)

These items may only be returned if defective and unopened.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and return details
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
  3. Package securely in original packaging with all tags and accessories

Important: Use a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing takes 5-7 business days after approval (depending on your payment provider)
  • Exchanges ship within 1-2 business days after we receive your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a free return and expedited replacement.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You’re responsible for any customs fees or import taxes
  • Declare packages as “Returned Goods” to potentially reduce fees
