At Swim Confidence, we want you to be as confident in your purchase as you are in the water. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your swimming gear, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is required
- Certain hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Swimming ear plugs (opened packages)
- Nose clips (opened packages)
- Masks (if the protective seal has been broken)
These items may only be returned if they arrive defective and the original packaging remains unopened.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package your item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship your return to the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time for refunds is typically 5-7 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider
- Exchanges will be shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive your return
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order details. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement.

International Returns
For customers outside the United Kingdom, please note:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with the return
- We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially reduce fees
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded for international orders
